I'm motivated by knowledge, insights and truth on one hand and ideals, creativity, balance and self-expression on the other. I feel at home at the intersection of liberal arts and technology.

Within a motivated team, I excel at three things:
1. Imagine ambitious goals
2. Convince and mobilise
3. Make it happen

Sustainability is not simply a matter of less. With good design, we can create beneficial relations between us humans the rest of planet earth. The future should not just be sustainable but circular, evolutionary and regenerative.

I prefer action above communication, results above process and recommendations above my own words.

    MSc MADE focuses on the metropolitan challenges of Amsterdam as a booming city, using the city of Amsterdam as a case study and a living lab.

    In collaboration with AMS Institute, the program connects students to real life cases, business, the city and its citizens – training them hands-on for the multidisciplinary challenges of today’s and tomorrow’s cities.

    The Honours Programme is an extra curriculum for talented students. Courses in Art History, Sustainable Building Technology, Architectural Contests (with OMA) and Urban Redevelopment Business Case (initiated by me). The programme had a study load of 30 ECTS, 25% of the regular Bachelor curriculum.
